The OEM/ODM Process: From Concept to Retail-Ready

Our Process

Step 1: Consultation, Lens Strategy & Design Protection

Your design is your core asset. Before sharing any drawings, we are ready to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement). Next, our expert team will comprehensively evaluate your sketches, reference samples, and frame materials (acetate, titanium, etc.). Crucially, we will also align on your lens specifications—whether you need high-contrast polarized sunglasses, blue-light blocking lenses, premium Nylon/CR-39 materials, or optical demo lenses. Based on this complete picture, we will provide a transparent quote that includes packaging and accessories.

Step 2: Engineering & Prototyping

Leaving nothing to guesswork. Within 3 to 7 days, we deliver high-precision engineering CAD drawings for you to confirm every structural detail. Once approved, our artisan team will craft a premium physical prototype using the actual materials within 20 to 25 days. This prototype will serve as the absolute golden standard for your bulk production.

Step 3: Contract & Tooling

Once you are 100% satisfied with the prototype, we will issue a formal Proforma Invoice (PI). Production scheduling begins immediately upon receiving a 30%-50% deposit. A Friendly Note: For custom mold projects, we will fully refund your tooling fee once your cumulative order volume reaches the agreed target—we believe in investing in your long-term growth.

Step 4: Agile Production & Transparent QC

We then initiate our rapid 45-60 day mass production cycle. Our QC team strictly monitors every critical stage—from plating abrasion resistance and precise dimensional calibration to lens stress testing for half-rim and full-rim frames. We welcome mid-production inspections and will proactively share photos and videos from the workshop floor, keeping you fully informed and in control every step of the way.

Step 5: Secure Packaging & Global Delivery

Upon settlement of the final balance, every single pair of eyewear is packed into crush-resistant, reinforced export cartons. Whether you need expedited air freight via DHL/FedEx to meet a tight launch deadline, or highly cost-effective ocean freight solutions, we handle the global logistics seamlessly for you.
